Nafisa concentrates on commercial, employment, administrative and civil law, enforcement proceedings and general legal advice to organisations. Her experience also includes public prosecution work, contract review and analysis of how the law is applied in practice.
At ABACUS she works on corporate projects, contracts and compliance reviews, and advises on the practical application of the law. She also deals with corporate law, the review of internal company regulations, international legal matters and internal control.
Key matters she has handled include debt recovery and asset attachment procedures, representation in criminal and administrative cases, contract work in the science and education sector, advice on academic exchanges, internal reviews and the handling of complaints and requests.
Nafisa graduated from Tashkent Islamic Academy (LL.B.) and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Tashkent State University of Law. She holds 3rd-rank (2021) and 2nd-rank (2024) lawyer qualification certificates issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She has the rank of lieutenant. She speaks Uzbek, Russian and English.
