She advises clients on international contracts (including works contracts), tax and employment law, the launch of microfinance organisations, e-commerce regulation and cross-border projects. She works with companies in infrastructure and construction, retail and e-commerce, and energy and natural resources.
Key matters include the drafting of equipment supply contracts, a land plot transaction in the Russian Federation, the launch of a microfinance organisation in Uzbekistan, legal support for e-commerce projects and advice on data protection.
Valentina graduated from HSE University with LL.B. and LL.M. degrees. In 2024 she was listed in the international IFLR1000 ranking as a Rising Star. On a pro bono basis, she supports animal welfare organisations. She speaks Russian and English.
