Husanbek specialises in corporate, international commercial and investment law, and advises on M&A and investment projects.
Husanbek’s practice covers corporate and contract law, M&A transactions, private international law, international commercial and investment law, and tax law. He also acts on foreign trade matters, cross-border transactions and investment projects.
He assists with corporate transactions, the drafting and legal review of contracts and investment structuring, and took part in the launch of a microfinance organisation in Uzbekistan. He advises on currency regulation and transfer pricing and works with clients in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and construction, retail and e-commerce, and energy and natural resources.
International investment law is a particular focus of his practice. On a pro bono basis, he is involved in international student moot competitions (FDI Moot) and works to promote legal awareness in this field. He has been a professional mediator since 2023.
Husanbek graduated from Tashkent State University of Law (LL.B.). He speaks Uzbek, Russian and English.
